Do the slim fast or weight watchers shakes work to kick start weight loss?
I know…..I know I have to change my lifestyle in order to lose weight, and I have a pretty good start, but have not seen any results. I have pretty much cut out fast food and junk foods. I eat salads, fresh fruits and veggies a lot more than before. I am drinking water like crazy and am exercising moderately by walking, bike riding or tennis daily. I have started lifting light weights and doing sit ups/crunches. I just want to jump start and see some results within 2 weeks. I have been doing so for about 3 weeks already. Do you think two weeks of shakes is OK and will it help? I would love to drop about 10 pound in 2 weeks. ( I started about 3 weeks ago) I am open to all forms of sincere advice. Thanks.
They do to an extent, if you use them 2x per day with a healthy dinner it will shrink your stomach…however they have a lot of calories, you could have some cereal, coffee and fruit for the same calories (measure the cereal and use skim milk)
I lost some weight with them…but don’t rely on them for a long time.
watch what fruit you are eating some are fattening, don’t have juice!
