Does fruit have a lot of sugur in it?
im 13 yrs old and i LOVE fruit. all kinds of it. my mom always buys cherries, strawberries, blueberries, apples, etc. and i was wondering if it was bad to eat like a whole fruit bowl of them a day? like a LOT of fruit a day. for breakfast, snack, and dinner. i don’t add anything to the fruit. its ALL natural. so is this bad for me? i also eat veggies and grains.

Fruit has natural healthy sugars, so it’s good for you. The recommendation is for people to eat about 5 servings of fruit/vegetables a day. It’s also good that you’re eating a variety of different fruits. It sounds like you eat a very healthy diet. If you’re concerned about it though, you can talk to your doctor or a dietitian.
